Buying Need HTML+CSS+Javascript coder for long-term project

To qualify you must ..

1. have excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS. A real PRO especially in CSS
2. have good experience with Javascript (JQuery in particular). You don't need to be a PRO, but need to be able to make some modifications to existing scripts if needed
3. be a fast worker
4. have few years of experience with CSS and Javascript (JQuery) and of course HTML codding
5. have some sense of design and be able to make some (not sophisticated) design solutions
6. be willing to do a test task for us so we can judge

If you are not a great photoshop artist, that is still OK. We will need some photoshopping done but mostly simple things (like buttons, lines, etc)

If you don't qualify for any point above - please don't waste my and your time. I really need an experienced and knowing person.

I can help with the HTML and CSS if you are able to find someone that can do the Javascript. I have a lot of experience with HTML and CSS so I'm happy to start.

I have strong experience with photoshop aswell so I'm confident I can do buttons etc.

I can code HTML, CSS.
Will code HTML embedded in php for high quality.
But no JavaScript coding. Can use some javascript file like we use jquery in menu for style look.
