Buying Need HTML/CSS developer (pay based on per project basis)

    Hi,

    I need an HTML/CSS developer to work on a few pages. We have the pages in .png format, and we need someone to code them and integrate them with our back end (Zen-Cart).

    -We have 5 checkout/shopping cart pages that need to be coded and integrated with zen-cart functionality.
    -We also have 2 pages that are a bit simpler which are the "contact us" page and a "wholesale page."

    Payment is based on completing the full project and will be made via Paypal (we cover all fees). We are looking to spend around $100 for the full project.
