Buying Need HTML/CSS Coder for 1-Page Minisite PSD

    I have a 1-page minisite PSD that needs to be coded into an HTML/CSS website template.

    This is a small job and I don't expect it to take too long. Thus, I am willing to only pay around $10 - $15 for this.
