    I am running a proxy listing script which requires

    mysql , PHP5 with cURL and Cron job

    Hi, if you elect to go with something like cpanel shared hosting you can run your own cron jobs right from the control panel. If you elect to go with a vps solution, you can also have your own cron jobs as the server is yours to configure as you see fit.
