Conatact thewird on this forum for a cheap dedicated server! Your only option for that amount of emails!
For 20k emails a day I would recommend a dedicated server as your emails may cause queues in a shared environment and also there is a danger of black list. Get a VPS at the very least.

No for all 3. All have opted in via unblockmyspace.com I have never bought emails or got them from any other way. I have been sending out emails for a while and everything is fine.. it's just that right now I'm only allowed to send out 500max/hour (cheap shared hosting) so I am looking to switch so I can sell daily email blasts.
