    how many are you planning to send in an hour? most have a limit, also what are you planning to spend on this.

    10K a month shouldn't be an issue it's how many your send per minute, hour and day. For example my lunarpages shared hosting limits emailing to 20/minute, 600/hour and 14,000/day.
