    Webserve SUX
Don't even consider them, and if you're with them, leave NOW.
I was with them for 3 years, customer service wasn't great but they did eventually get to it.

Then August 27, my server (NS34) with 10 client sites went down.
I tried everything possible to get them to fix it, they completely ignored me.
I would open a ticket, and 1 hour later they would close it saying resolved, when they did nothing.
After several days I was very concerned and started looking for new hosting, but unfortunately I was using webserve as a registrar on many of these sites and could not access the DNS settings either.

The server went down August 27 and is still down. 2 1/2 weeks later
They will not return my phone calls.
They close my tickets immediately without trying to fix it.

I have now complained to the better business bureau and moved all those sites to a new server on Wired tree (Which seem amazing so far)

From the way webserve have dealt with me, I suspect they are in serious trouble. No company that intendeds on staying in business acts like this.

Here is what my site looks like now http://www.sportswholesale.ca/
its even been dropped from Googles cache.

If you have sites on webserve I would move them ASAP. They really don't give a shit.

Seriously, don't wait till your in my position.
