I have few website host in Malaysia datacenter and I have big problem when people view it from oversea, like China, Canada... they feedback to me, the website is loading forever, very slow. I call to the supplier, "ExXXXXs" their enginner said server no problem, they browse it very smooth. I believe it may be the routing problem or maybe infra problem becos sometimes browse inside country also slow. I think i have to move the site to other hosting, maybe outside my country. Which hosting anyone suggest? Will it be good to host the website not in my country? regards,

Hi Foon.. The webhost you mention is working fine for my sites...I have sites from overseas which just working fines.. Perhaps you can go in more detail of when your clients having slow loading time..Or what script are you runnning on the server.. Maybe we can share some thoughts..

I'm wondering will it the reason to cause it slow. And the engineer replied me below, As per monitored on the server for the past half an hour, the load is fine and the site is running smooth. Different location will have different routing to connect to the server, thus, we may need the ping plotter result to check on the connection issue from the oversea. Yo may request your user to get the ping plotter. ...... They ask my customer to ping the website. All my customer are end user, i dun think they know ping. I will getting more and more complaint on the slow issue. I think the only solutions is switch it to oversea.
The location won't matter so much, it sometimes can work better. It all depends on the routing & bandwidth available. You could refer to just-ping.com, it should help in determining overall pings.

I am from PG..I do have some websistes which hosted under their servers..Usually they will have a server load monitoring sofwtare to see how heavy the trafic/ bandwidth is happening on the particular server.. I know there are many sites hosted under same IP in their server...Perhaps you can tell them to switch those sites which having slow loading time to other servers & see..Just try a few of these slow sites...
