If you are expecting 2,000GB in a few months I would just do a dedicated server.... As it will cause some downtime when you switch between your shared/VPS to your dedicated, and you already said you do not want that.... In any case, I am sure many of us are wondering if you have a budget in mind?
Well right now I am looking for as cheap as possible while the project is in development I will probably only use it for 15 -20 days then I will probably as you suggested move to a dedicated server. I was hoping to find something ultra cheap during development stage (5-$15) post development as long as the project is a success the sky is the limit. i would like to stay with the same provider throughout the project from development to live but if the right offer comes along for development Ill jump on it. Huge bandwidth means huge CPU usage. I think that you need to understand that. For your requriments better to have small dedicated server. I think that will handle your sites with no problem

Always go with big and reliable companies which are backed by big groups.these small kiddie hosts can't sustain themselves as the prices are low. be careful if prices are too good to be true a big company would pay their bill own in timely fashion. Its worth to pay little premium in exchange for peace of mind that your host won't disappear in middle of night. just my two cents!

I reposted in the thread because I DO need the service now. I figured rather than have all the same questions asked/answered people can read through the thread. I do still need this. And I prefer a VPS as a reseller acct will prob not be something that can grow with me. The current bandwidth is about 200-400gb/month as I have losta lot of my users due to previous host fiasco, Thje main this is the server must meet the requirements i posted above.
