100 GB at that price? You do realize that you'd only be able to fit a few customers on a server.....not even remotely covering the server costs... If you actually plan on using 100GB, you need either a VPS or Dedicated Server

Unlimited space and bandwidth doesn't exist, there are no hard drives that hold unlimited space, and no fiber connections that can transfer unlimited data. Read the terms of service, it's not actually unlimited .
Those unlimited space ones are all over sellers. You looking for $5-10 hosting for 100GB space? Better increase your price then. Sure someone can give your 100GB bandwidth for $10 month but not space.
Don't fall into the illusion that shared hosting packages offering 100gb space for $5 is of quality, that's big time overselling. If you were a host, would you allow a client to use 100gb disk space for $5 while you are paying $150/mo for that same hard drive? I doubt it.. It would help if you knew how to spell unmetered and unmetered refers to bandwidth, not space - bandwidth is metered, it resets every month, space does not.

If you go for 100GB space and pay $5$ to $10 be prepared to switch hosts every week. And there is not such thing as unlimited.
