    Its hard to just give you a direct answer there. What kind of files are you going to be serving? How large of files?

    As the others have said, it's impossible to tell you, based just on the specs of the server. Depends on what you are going to do with it.

    Without getting into more details, this is still going to be next to impossible to give you a guess. Have you used this script in the past so you have some data on it or is this a new project?

    You need a beast to host SE. I would got for at least 4 GB Ram, 4GHz for a really small site. Prepare to scale up once you have 100 + members too.
