i need hosting for one year
which is not greater than 10$ per year.

 

Any specifications?
How much bandwidth and disk space?

and 1gb disk space it is better for forum or not.

I use hostgator and they're great. However not for under 10$ a year, I don't think you can get hosting for that good (well good anyway)

 

Go for nimcohost, they would provide you at 12 USD, there are very few hosting which have litespeed and they are so cheap, nimcohost is one of them.
