I'm going to start promoting a safelist and need a small hosting with cpanel but with a server which would allow to send hundreds of email an hour, all email are double op-in so there is no problem for spam, it just that at certain periods of the day hundreds of emails, even thousands can be send. Hello Paul, If you wish to send hundreds of email per hour you will need to opt for VPS or Semi-Dedicated Hosting. Many hosting provider will not allow you to send hundreds of email from shared hosting account.
