My website is still online.

To me it looks like a scam done by www.Ayrshire-WebDesign.com.
The email is supposedly from Robert Smith, and yet its sent from an address at Ayshire, Brain Cox.

I'm gonna wait this out, I've sent a PM to the HastyHost guy on here I signed up with.

I am good friends with Robert and host many of my sites with him. Today I lost all of the sites due to lack of backups, because of a hacker getting into HastyHost and deleting everything.

As of now I have my sites back up, and Robert has been working around the clock to get things back in order, he has always delivered awesome service. And I plan on sticking with him for a long time to come. We live and learn.

 

I m just wondering how can you stay with him if he closing his hosting

 

I talk with him on a regular bases, he is not closing his hosting. The emails sent saying he was were sent by the hacker, not him. He is currently working on getting all the accounts restored.

However, due to my experience, I recommend Anhosting.com. They have great service.

Right now you can get 500 GB of disk space and 5 TB of bandwidth a month for $6.95/month. You'll get cPanel with Fantastico, etc.

But what I found to be worth the most was their support. They treat me like I'm their only customer and I have the same $6.95 account I mention.
