    I think 1st domain may fetch $15-20.
    2nd one is worth Low $xx.

    Because it is a four letter domain, referred to as LLLL.coms. Currently all four letter domains are registered, making them valuable. However there are some non premium letters in the domain, so I'm not sure if it would sell for that high. You can see the list of premium letters on this thread:

    Only if you find a proper end-user. Reseller price would be mid to high $xx or low $xxx at the best.
