Need Homepage Re-Design. $150.

Hi

We would like our homepage re-designed, as it's looking a bit tired and dated. Our site is:

We want to keep the flash banner at the top, but move the navigation from the top to the left and refresh the main section.

Ideally I'd like someone to come up with three designs for the homepage and one design for the sub-pages (example).

I am willing to pay $150 to the right person to get this site looking ace!

Please reply, maybe with some very simple ideas in the first instance.
