Need Highly Skilled U.S. based Personal Finance / Frugal Writer

Please read the whole post, as I'm very picky about this assignment.

I need someone that can research and write articles, ranging from 150-600 words each. The articles are money saving tips in a variety of categories like credit cards, debt, saving money on utility bills, phone bills, groceries, etc.

And, not just well written. I'm really looking for tips that aren't obvious to the average person. So, for example, "turn down your thermostat to save money" probably doesn't qualify. In other words, the writing will involve a fair amount of research.

Because of this, I really need a U.S. based writer. Many of the money saving tips are unique to U.S. culture, and are targeted at a U.S. audience.

If you are interested, please do the following:

1. Have a look at the site, read some of the existing content. First link in my signature.

2. Come up with two to three topics you would want to write about. I wouldn't ask for you to write anything just yet, but if you take the time to propose two to three specific topics, I'll know you are serious.

3. Send me, via PM:
a) Confirmation that you are a U.S. based / native english writer.
b) The two to three topics mentioned in #2 above.
c) Pointers to some of your existing work. Anything personal finance or "saving money" oriented would be ideal.
d) Your rates for this kind of work. Remember that I'm very fussy about quality and research

This could be a great opportunity for the right person to get a steady stream of assignments for many weeks.

Also, make sure you read this full post. I won't reply to PM's that I get that don't fit the requirements in #3 above. Not trying to be rude, just trying to make the best use of everyone's time.
