    I am looking for someone who can create a High Quality Video Creation.
    This is the level of quality and work I am looking for:

    I need about a 40-60 second video and I need a voice over similar to the sample as well.

    That video is pretty awesome, but I have a feeling it's made by the same company. If you were to hire someone competent to do it, I'm sure it would take over $1k+ at least.
