    The blog looks good and attractive. I think you need to place the menu to the top of the blog, don't disturb the banner image, leave it as plain, looks better..

    In my opinion put some ads also in your blog by doing so you'll make some money. Blog looks good and it will be more attractive if you change its color combination, something different but not blue. And also install a favicon on your site it makes site more attractive. Remember not to post any link here in DP because it makes you bane.
