Need helping finding the right person to put ads on my website

    I have a arcade site that i have had for 3 years, and now think i should make some profit from it.

    My website is http://the1337arcade.com
    The Statistics page is http://the1337arcade.com/twatch/

    I had infinityAds on it, but i dont think they allow international traffic, and alot of my traffic comes from UK when i am based in US so i need something that will pay for that also

    I prefer to put a banner on the page, and just get money for views, but Popups will be okay, just hope their not annoying.

    Payment must be done through paypal, dont want checks lol

    It sound like to me you are first starting out like I am(check my sig for my arcade site.) My advise is very simple and that is to use ads like adsense and whatnot til you get a lot of traffic then sell adspace to people if you want.
