i think you should be able to use a VCC for malaysian paypal wothout any problems. i had a paypal for malaysia and i took a vcc from a talkgold vcc seller and its still working just fine.. all i am doing is using a malaysian proxy website to access it as i am in india and i dont want paypal authorities to find out an Indian IP accessing a malaysian paypal. hope this helps.. Why not get a Malaysian Credit Card or Debit Card instead ? That way you do it the proper and legal way and also you can get the option to spend and withdraw to that card.
Aizura... why don't you get public bank or ambank nexg debit card? You don't need to have bank account to use that card.
