If they have set your account up properly you should be able to go to:

    www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

then enter the username and password they gave you.

    EDIT FOLLOWS

Actually it is rather strange they have given you 4 NS entries, there is no need for that.

The moral of the story is pay nothing and get no support.

How did you receive username and pwd, I am sure through the welcome email.

Did you ask them about this?
    Or
you might be able to find about about this through knowledgebase or support forum.

I'm wondering, why didn't you ask your host this information? Or did you and didn't get an answer?

most of the time, it is likely setup as: www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

But again, your host will need to provide you the details of the account.

If the original email provided you with an ip address, you can temporarily login using

http://ipdetails/cpanel and use your user id / password.

If there wasn't any ip address provided, you need to direct your domain using the nameservers. Wait for around 24 hrs for it to propagate, then login using

    http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel
