There are lots of free directories in this forum. Open the directory site and 'Add URL' to submit your site.

is it increase gradually or rapidly or how much it take time for increase traffic from directories.

if yiur work high pr directory than little bit traffic it not countable that how many directory done And how many Traffic Come ^ directory are not specified for this your need also Articles Submission Pr Submission Blog Posting , Google Adwords Many of programs You NEED
