    Here is a bit of advice... how about you contact Google and ask them? Read their Adsense policies perhaps?

    You have provided ZERO details, so how could we help even if we wanted to? Do you think we are psychic or something?

    your id suggests u are from Indian sub continent, it is weird but true that you cant get adsenses approved unless your blog is 6 months old.

    You should check Google adsense quality guidelines but most common things why your site isn't accepted are:

    Inappropriate content
    Low quality website(slow or has significant coding problems)
    The niche you are targeting is not suitable for Adsense
    You are for 3rd world country, so you have to offer great quality, aged website to get approved
    Site has only few pages and is really new
