    Create an account in google webmaster tools. Create a xml site map use www.xml-sitemaps.com for sitemap and after it submit it to google webmaster tools.

    You can only submit the sitemap to Google after you have created a Google Webmasters account. Make a sitemap by xml sitemap generators tool. If you have a site that has less than 500 pages then it should be no problem.
