    Hi,

I'm running a blog (you can visit through my signature). The problem is as the number of posts increasing the previous posts have been disappearing from the home page and there is no option to visit those posts at the end of the page like 'previous posts' etc.

You can either write it into your theme (or most allow you to enable it) or you can just make the archives more prominent in the footer as well as on the side.

You have your archives in the sidebar. It looks like the default? I put the posts into categories and use the category widget. You might be able to use some type of plugin if you want the next and previous button.
