Hello DP members, I am a content writer, and have written 150 articles on various methods to pass drug test for my client. Initially I sent 50 articles and when I asked for the payment the I did not get any reply from him. So I am planning to sell the remaining 100 articles? Can anyone tell me the right place to sell those articles? Thanks.
If you haven't received payment, all 150 articles are still yours. With so many pieces involved, it might be more profitable to 1. Build a blog in a keyword rich domain and post an few articles each week and make money with Adsense or some other program or 2. Build a blog on a keyword-rich domain, post the 40 of articles that your "buyer" also has, take the 10 remaining and submit them to article directories (fast, before your buyer does) get it indexed and try and sell the whole shebang as a website with 100 additional "unique, quality blah blah blah" articles to keep the site going. I suggest the site route because the content buyers around here seem to pay less than site buyers. But, all this assumes that your buyer doesn't have a real reason for not responding and has every intention of paying and just hasn't done so yet.
Here are some random ideas: 1. Register a domain name related to your content like insidedrugs, perhaps. You can get dot info for less than 2 usd for the first year. Insidedrugs.info sounds good. 2. Buy a host. You can get a reasonable host for about 3usd per month. 3. Use Wordpress to start a blog. 4. Post a new article every day. 150 articles would last you about 5 months. 5. Add a forum to your website so that your visitors can help to add content to your website. Drugs should be a good conversation starter. 6. Add drug-related ads to your website. Affiliate membership costs nothing. 7. Activate the multi-site feature of Wordpress 3. Sell the sub-sites to anyone interested in starting drug-related blogs. Even 1usd per month is good money. Hope that is useful.
Next time get paid from the first/second article. I wonder how 50 articles did take you. They should take 3 months for me, a good time for the buyer to just forget about the deal.
I agree with the others, you may as well profit from your work. Instead of selling them here for low rates, why not throw up a blog and make some money. It's unfortunate that you are in this situation.
Before you sell those 50 articles, you'll first have to ensure the buyer hasn't already published them. A better option, is to publish the 50 articles on your website. As long as you've published the articles, you technically own the copyright. Put them up on your website with a copyright notice.
Agree with you. If your client has already publish your articles you want get any benefit from republishing them. Rather check in Google by searching exact title of your few of articles so that you can know if he has publish your articles somewhere or not. If not, Submit those 50 articles immediately from your side. Sell other 100 articles or create your own blog and publish them on your blog.
