    i have some link exchage on other site...
    and i want to know if those sites are still linking at my site
    so that i will know what sites that im going to remove...

    any tools/online tools that i can use???

    use yahoo or msn backlink cheks with (link:) tag. and you will see your backlinks from other sites.
