Need Help!

    If you were a vendor, how you contact your affiliates to pay them bonus?

    Now we have one affiliate who has meet our bonus requirements, but he hasnt contacted us to get paid.

    If you know how to, please tell me, thanks in advance.

    When you offer a bonus is it the responsibility of the affiliate to find you, not the other way around. If I were him I wouldn't want my name plastered on this forum, I hate it when vendors show my name for conversion rate tests, etc.

    Yeah, as Gallito said it's up to him/her to find you and ask for the bonus. Have you got a contact form or email address on your site?

    Yeah, we have email address and MSN on our affiliate page, but it seems that this aff hasnt found it.:)

    So I am here to ask for your advice on how to contact them.
