Yes, I think keywords in title help in ranking.
However, keywords-stuffing title doesn't looks good for visitors.

Title is very important. Put Your main keyword in title tag but not several keywords as it was said it will be keyword stuffing and the result will be banning your site. Choose a keyword and go with it;)

It's advisable to only put your main keyword as your title. Good title should contain less than 70 characters.

Title tags must 2 - 3 only buddy. If you have too many title on your main pages google will flag you as keywords stuffing. You can make inner pages if you like then you can put title there with your keywords.

You should have your keywords in your TITLE and H tags, as well as your description. From my experience, Google likes something like this:

    TITLE - Company Name | Service 1, Service 2
    H1 - Service 1, Service 2 by Company Name

Your services being your keywords, phrases. Then have the same keywords in your description. Also it helps to have your keywords/phrases in the first paragraph of your copy.

Title must be short and simple. You need to use your primary keyword first then secondary keyword and then company name.

do not use so many keywords in title its really spamming and wont give you desirable result.

Just use your main keywords on title - maybe around 2-3 keywords, the rest put it in meta tags
