Hi DP member, Here in DP i have noticed peopel selling their domain or site for cheap. I want help from you DP member is that 1. How can i find that the site is not penalized by Google 2. Is the PR valid or fake? 3. Suppose a site has PR2 but now is not live, so how to know its not a drop or banned domain? 4. Any other assistance which you find will help me please do inform me and update me as i'm in the process of buying few domains here in DP with PR2 to PR5 Every assistance word send to me will be highly appreciated. 1. See if the google has indexed the domain (search "site:domain.com" on google). 2. There are many tools out there for this, some of them are checkpagerank.net and digpagerank.com. 3. As for dropped domain, you can always use checkpagerank.net to check the age. If the age is a day or two, it's obviously a dropped domain. What do you mean by banned? 4. Just check if the domain has good backlinks. I've seen some people buying domains with PR and eventually ending up with losing page rank or the PR becoming fake, which I still consider as losing page rank.
