Need help

I have a mail account. But lost my password. I also do not remember my security question answer that i have given. Its a yahoo account. Will i be able to open my account with this software. I really need some help in this matter. Can you help me. I need to access the account. Any help will be appreciated because all my business dealings are in that.

I doubt you can retrieve the password if you forgot the answer of the security question.

 

You don’t remember your security question’s answer? I always use a security answer that I know I will remember that is easy for me, but difficult for anyone else to guess. This is actually the first time I have ever heard of this happening to anyone. Did you use some off the wall security question?

 

The problem is i use different passwords for different mails. Often i give some crap answers for those security questions. Now i feel bad for it. Am not able to retrieve my password.

 

Best way is to contact yahoo about this.Perhaps they can verify your other info and give you access to your account.

 

Attach your passport ID and there are high chances they will help you out!

 

i dont think u can get ur password or ur account back now ... even by writing or contacting to yahoo with ur probs ...

u can try to get help from some hacker instead to get ur business info mails back

 

yes , i have exp like this befor 2 years, u must give all your information to yahoo by mailing , your pwd ur login name, even folders in yahoo account then may b u ll find back ur acct... best of luck

 

If you have tried alot clicking out security question then the ultimate chance is
to mail yahoo about your forgotton pass....It will take time as they have to verify you details,
It's not just you mailed and they send you password.
Provide all the details of your belonging to them, yahoo is great company they will definately help you
out. Keep faith in god and i hope your password should retrieve.
Try them contacting on phone this might be also a better option.

 

Good luck with that. Yahoo can be very difficult to contact. If you forgot your security question you may be out of luck. I have lost access to an account because I forgot which postal code I used and whether I used my own birthdate or my boss's. It is probably easier to just make a new account. You can try contacting them. Perhaps their customer service is better now.
