need help : WU refused to give me my money. what should i do??

    Hello,

    iam facig abig problem and i can't get my money from WU my problem is:

    My payee name was: mike xxx xxxx elsayedsakr
    My national ID Name is: mike xxx xxxx elsayed

    The Money transfer was done to the payee name but when I went to
    western union, they refused to give me the money due to the small
    change in my name. I offered to give them all the necessary
    information to prove my identity but they refused and asked me to ask
    google to resend the money or change the payee name of the transfer
    operation.

    so please can u help me reissuing my western union money transfer or just inform them with the new changes on my name.

    all i need is just to delete the sixth name in my name , and inform western union with this change so i can recieve my payment.

    I forgot to say that ther's no problem with my future payments, as
    they will be issued to the new name. The problem is in the already
    made transfer to the old name.


    i tried to contact the adsense support but i only get an auto reply message

    so i was hoping that any one could tell me what to do , and what will happen to the next payments .

    google won't change your payee name... they have updated their TOS .

    Better way,u should try other western union Centers....and try to convince them...

    I think by now your best chance is like was said before, try a different western union center and maybe you will get lucky.

    well bro, i also changed my payee name 2 times. that was 1 year before. Now if u have to change your payee name,u have to close the account and have to apply 4 a new account.

    That was Google's advice,when i tried to change the name 2 months before.

    To try another WU centers is the best way out. Try to be polite and do what they want.

    I agree, make sure your payee name same with the name on your ID card.
    but sometimes in some country, it is difficult to do.
