    there's no easy way to do flash. if you want to make anything start doing tutorial and improving your skills or hire someone.

    Flash can get complicated. It may take several weeks to learn and years to be excellent at.

    You basically have 3 options:
    1) learn flash yourself
    2) purchase a pre-made flash template
    3) higher a flash artist
