I've installed this rating plugin on my wordpress blog http://www.sourcebench.com/toolbox/sb_review-wordpress-review-plugin. It works for the most part, but the input form doesn't show on certain pages. Sometimes it will appear if you refresh or clear cache & cookies. On other pages it works just fine. Here is the category for which all posts should have the ratings input form within the comments form. http://webhostingsleuth.com/category/hosting-reviews This is a very small plugin with, I think, only 2 main .php files. Please let me know if any of you guys can help and what it will take on my end. Thanks.
