Buying Need help with Wordpress theme customization

    I need help with a wordpress website.

    I am using an elegant themes WP theme and would like to add a feature that isn't available. In the slider, I would like people to be able to hover over a photo in the slider and a caption/quote would popup. Also, I would like the slider to move more easily.
