    I use regulars, but in other blog i use .html..

    I can't spot the different though..

    There is no difference between choosing the regular or the html extension, period. It wouldn't make any sense at all to rank a site higher/lower just because of it's file extensions like in the example given by OP.

    Pick the regular one since it is easier on the eye for potential visitors. Don't just do everything for the search engines, think of real human visitors as well.

    I agree with backlinkexcellence; I don't think this is going to have any impact on anything; as a visitor, it's not going to make a big difference at all either. I too would prefer the regular example. But as long as your URL's look natural and are both descriptive and concise, you're all good.

    One small note, I'd recommend eliminating some of the dashes, if it's not too much work. Lots of dashes in URL's make it look a little bit strange.
