Hi, I am making a website to have a slideshow like http://mailchimp.com/ has on their homepage. Is there any WordPress plugin or WordPress theme that can help me do that?? I would be hugely grateful!
Almost All the new wordpress themes nowday use a jquery slideshow.. you can check here : Free Wordpress Themes Templates http://www.web2feel.com http://www.freethemes4all.com For a plugin just check in wordpress .org but you will need to tweak it in order to insert it in your theme... Goodluck
I prefer the WordPress theme Canvas by Woothemes. It doesn't have a useful slider, but there are many plugin sliders out there. They have different features and options, so read about them before you try them.

If you don't have it built into your theme there are several plugins that can help you do this. Search for vslider in the WordPress plugin directory.
