Need help with wordpress "Post Author"Info

By default wordpress displays the username of the Author...m blog has many authors..and i have made filling in First name and Last anme compulsary ..So when they post or comment on my blog i want the First name and last name to be displayed by default can anyone help me

Check this from Word Press, tells you how to modify the template files to display the authors last name.
