Hi first check the plugin is supported by wp version 2.7 or nor because some plugins are not compatible with wp 2.7 if its compatible then check have You uploaded every files in their appropriate folders or not or any .Js file missing or not.it may also happening due to file permission or CHMOD the folder should have permission of "755" or "777" Not "644"
Please check the above thing.Hope everything will be alright.
    Take Care.
    Bye.

There is some problem with redirection or your blog settings. your blog is installed at
    http://teenjobscene.com/careerexploration.info/
    Code (markup):
you need to correct that either by changing DB or solving the redirection issues.

It can also be a setting on the hosting account servers. Some block access to the tmp folder for security reasons and you will need to contact them to allow access or get a new host.

You are using windows server and in that it is always.. the permissions seem right but they are never; it seems surely permission issue. Moreover, check php.ini for disallowed funtions as well...
