Need help with wordpress issue

    I need help with my wordpress blog. When I updated my blog to 3.2.1 it is now stuck in maintenance mode. Now my widgets dont work and it does not allow me to cut and paste blog post either. There is a message that says your website is in maintenance mode and will be back to normal soon.
    Please help
    I pay through paypal.
