Need Help with Word Press Set Up

I am setting up a site with a blog using wordpress and Im tired struggling to make everything work. Currently it is up here

but I tired to install the sociable plugin and somehow the CSS is missing. Also I can't get the links to work.
Im a single mom so I don't have a big budget but Im sure I can come up with an aggreeable amount.
