Need help with website homepage issue

    I am having issues with post boxes on the homepage of my site: www.nadagoodlook.com If you scroll down past the top two featured posts, you will see a bunch of post boxes.

    I would like all of the boxes to be the same size, regardless of how much text is in the post. Does anyone know how I could modify it? Would I even use a PHP script to modify it?

    I am using Wordpress with a theme called "Fresh News" from Woothemes. Almost all of it is coded in PHP.
