Need Help With VPS

    Hey all, my sites are accessible (kinda anyway) but pop3 is down and things are running pretty slow, anyways i cannot login to main root, or whm/cpanel (since its taking forever to load page) is there any other way i can get in to restart services?

    I have no idea how to use SSH btw.

    thx, i managed to restart VPS and all is running again.

    they have also added some ram today, so that could of caused the problem.
