need help with validating www.jobbank.ca

    It looks like your server is not seeing the $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] variable for whatever reason. Is your server using a proxy/caching mechanism possibly?

    Our server uses a squid server at the front. The webserver is behind via a private subnet.

    Nope, it's not going to work if your server is not correctly seeing the end user's IP address.
