Need help with Twitter

I read that a good way to make yourself stand out on Twitter is to use a custom background.

I have gone to my Settings, Design, clicked on the link to change the background and clicked on Browse where I've loaded the .jpg of what I want to use.

I then click on Save and I'm told my new settings are saved but the background is the same old, same old

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

 

Hey dude? can you send your twitter url to see if it could just be cached for you?

 

Try clearing your cache then viewing your page.

 

Thanks for the try but that isn't it. Per your suggestions I cleared my cache and still no change
