Need help with Twitter, multiple accounts, and proxies

I wanted to get into twitter marketing but don't want all my accounts to get banned. Right now I set up 10 twitter accounts over a 1 year time period with the same IP. Seven of those I setup in the last week or so. I want to set up 5-10 more names but I keep hearing about only 10 names per IP. Is this true?

Can I search hidemyass for a new proxy and use that when creating my last 5-10 accounts? Does twitter only need to see whos IP created the accounts? Will it be OK to log in with my own IP in the future? And will using hidemyass for proxies be good? If someone uses the same proxy and spams will my accounts be banned as well?

I am also thinking about using hootsuite to post 15 tweets a day per account. Will 15 posts per day for lets say 20 accounts that tied in with hootsuite be an issue? Should I tweet not at the same time? Like 1 account starts at 7:00am, and next is 7:05 and so on. And for my 15 tweets only 10 will have links in them. The other 5 will just have tips in its niche to play it safe. And also all my links on each tweet will different since I heard twitter doesn't like the same link over and over again.

Thanks for any help on this matter.

twitter is not tracking the links bounded with the news content or tweet... you should just cahgne the title of the link you are submitting and just shorten with any url shortner.. you could easily get ur purpose
