Right now my flash game arcade has only 1 registered member... me! My site was created just days ago and im looking for some promotion and marketing help. What can I do to help increase traffic? Since it has been online i have been getting about 100 uniques a day and made $0 through adsense between both this site and links-station.com my link directory which has been getting about 400 uniques a day... So this leads me to my next question.. I have heard google adsense is a great advertisement system to use.. I also believe my placement of the adsense is fine on both the websites, so is there anyway to increase your revenue using google adsense? I ask this because with two sites one getting 400 uniques a day and the other 100 uniques a day you would think I would have gotten some clicks by know and made some pennies or something through google adsense. Instead of google, try RubiconProject.com - it uses google, plus all the other ad networks, and monetizes your site based on its content, relevancy, and previous clicks.
Generally arcade websites aren't the best paying, but I'd still work on getting more traffic as well. 100 uniques a day and $0 profit is hardly enough to be called "successful", so you've got a long way to go with this website. You also want to make sure your website is optimized for Adsense-- think about where people look on your website and use that to place your ads carefully.
