Hey guys I own blackraiin.net and it is basically a home page. I want to make it so that people can log in and customize the links and pictures on the home page through a usercp. I am kinda new to php so any help would be amazing and if any body would like to work with me in making this I would be very grateful. Please post here or pm me if you can help or assist me, thanks.
Check to see if your host has auto install scripts in your web sites control panel, there are usually content management stuff in there like joomla, wordpress, drupal, etc. that you may be able to just click and install.
I'd say that would be a matter of preference really, but I do believe wordpress or joomla is a bit easier on beginners than drupal is from what I've read.
you need to define the kind of site you want to do before selecting a CMS, do you want a link and photo sharing site?
