    I need help with AWS EC2, database, files to upload, cakephp application setup over AWS product. You will need to have a proven work record with AWS to be considered.

    Some features and setup has been done, need help to complete the setup. The work would be approximately 5-10 hours of work for the right person.

    OK, this seems like a AWS problem but I don't use AWS, I use WebMatrix IP-visiting-way. However you can try searching Amazon AWS Help or Amazon Web Services Help.
